And we know that can often start with a moment. White Out is designed to gather and equip student for the work of God’s Kingdom. We also believe you will have the best weekend of your life, in the beautiful Colorado Rockies with 300 of your new best friends.
White Out is a regioanl Vineyard youth conference for 9th-12th grade students. Students will hear the Gospel message, experience life changing worship and have a ton of fun too! We hope that White Out can be a catalyst for the young people in your church to say "yes" to a life with Christ.
If you are an adult that’s not a pastor or cabin leader, you can still serve by coming up as Kitchen Crew. For anyone who loves to serve, or loves kids, or is sending their kids away for the first time, it's a great chance to be close to all the action (and it's free!) It's hard work, but so needed as it provides more opportunities for leaders to connect with students, which means more opportunities for students to meet Jesus!

Through the changes of this past couple years, our previous venue closing it’s doors, and many facing financial challenges, we wanted to start small, follow the lead of God and see where the greatest need is. We expect God to meet our high school students in a powerful way and that these “mountain top” experiences matter greatly as students form their faith, relationship with God and each other.
The RSVP is designed to help us better serve you and your group. Through your RSVP, you guarantee the amount of tickets you need for your group. This also helps us build your online registration so your students and leaders can individually register online.
You will have 2 types of tickets in your online registration, "student" and "leader/ pastor". Everyone you bring needs to pay this camp registration fee and fill out the online registration form, including you.
Once we have received your RSVP, we will create an online registration page for your group. We will send you the link so you can pass it on to your students and leaders. Many churches put it on their youth website or email it directly to their parents, students and leaders. You will have administrative access to your registration page, so you can see who has registered and paid at any time.
The last step in getting your group to camp is travel. How will you get your students and leaders to the mountain? If you are a small church, often a couple of vehicles will do the trick. Maybe you have a larger group and will need to rent vans or buses. Either way, you want to think early on about transportation so you can let your students know if they need to pay an extra travel fee. Many churches also charge each student an extra fee to cover their leader's registration. If this is the case you will want to combine your additional fees into one additional cost for your students. They will need to pay this fee directly to your church. If you are collecting this money online, we can add a link to your online registration that reminds them of this additional fee.

STUDENTS + PARENTS
White Out is a national youth conference, hosted by a collection of Vineyard churches. We gather at the beautiful Crooked Creek Ranch, a YoungLife Camp in Fraser, CO. Students will experience Gospel-centered teachings and worship, they will build relationship with fellow students and leaders and hopefully have a ton of fun between playing in the indoor gym, swimming in the pool and playing in the game room, and exploring the mountain campus. We are excited to be back and gathering for our high school students and leaders.
All White Out registration is online. Each church has it's own online registration form. You will need to contact your youth pastor or leader to get your church's specific link. Registration will open soon.
